ÉPISODE: Following Alyson's assault, SOS Médecins went on strike, leaving a large portion of the population without access to medical care. Patients are arriving in droves at the emergency room. Brun, Arben, and Chloé try to cope, with help from Alyson and Hugo. Despite Chloé and Arben's repeated requests, Brun opposes the opening of additional beds. To avoid leaving patients without care, Chloé and Arben decide to proceed without his approval.

Following sanitary measures, the doctors holding the internal medicine service at the Raymond-Poincaré hospital find themselves confined to their homes for 48 hours. Three inexperienced interns and a medical examiner, who do not yet know each other, will have to work together to manage the service and the patients alone. But the quarantine continues...
